Today considering themselves under-strength in most practice and competency areas they plan to selectively recruit experienced partners from other blue chip consultancies.

The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have a background in both a blue-chip consultancy and in industry. This should include a strong aspect of customer / channel and revenue growth related strategy.

The candidate is likely to already have a strong network of relationships in industry and will be able to demonstrate a strong business case to join the practice based on identified target clients and likely types and amounts of work to be sold and delivered over the next two years.
