Organisation Description
Our client has the broadest and deepest range of skills of any professional services firm. Their goal is straightforward: To be recognised as the pre-eminent and most trusted professional services firm, famous for the calibre of their people and respected for the exceptional quality of their work.
Our client’s mission to be the employer of choice for top talent is underpinned by employment policies that promote equality of opportunity and diversity. Their environment encourages and supports the best people, enabling them to succeed.

Through more than 9000 exceptional people based in London and UK regional offices, they provide professional services through 4 business divisions: Audit, Tax, Consulting and Corporate Finance.

The Consulting practice’s broad spectrum of service offerings enables the provision of high value business advice on a range of issues, from strategy to implementation. Deep industry expertise in a number of key market segments in both the private and public sectors ensures their advice is tailored to client’s needs. They provide consultancy services to some the strongest brand names globally, plus a variety of small and dynamic mid-market firms. The objective is to assist clients to solve problems. Working collaboratively they push the right thing, not the next big thing, with a belief that strategy and technology must be balanced

Today considering themselves under-strength in most practice and competency areas they plan to selectively recruit experienced partners from other blue chip consultancies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in both a blue-chip consultancy and in industry. This should include a strong aspect of customer / channel and revenue growth related strategy.
