The Business
Our client is a leading global consultancy firm with an enviable client base in fmcg and retail.

The Role
Client Solutions Director understands a clients’ business objectives and overall strategy to help drive sales value for our clients. Insights, based on clients own data provides the platform for this business perspective. Working cross-functionally, successful candidates will be able to articulate the business benefits of what can be delivered, providing relevant examples of how insight can directly impact the clients business.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with our commercial teams to engage potential new clients and articulate the firm’s approach
• Engage with clients at CXO and Director level to work through the business problem/opportunity.
• Work with our commercial teams to improve the clients’ understanding of their customers
• Direct the analysis required to support the client solution
• Develop new insight approaches in line with the team’s broader insight agenda
• Develop action plans from insight generated to add value to the clients business
Be accountable for Solution delivery and its output
• Best practise sharing across client teams
• Input into the innovation and development of firm’s offering through collaboration with centralised teams

Personal Criteria
• Experience dealing with CXO and Director level clients
• Experience in data interpretation
• Strong intellectual rigour
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of fmcg and Retail sectors
