• Customer Development Controller
• This vacancy within the customer development team is due to the successful development & promotion of the previous job holder.


As a Customer Development Controller you will take full responsibility for our client’s customer account relationship & strategy across their product portfolio on a Major account or group of accounts.


Reports to the Customer Development Director, who is a direct report to the Managing Director.


Business Leadership Teams
• A business model that optimises cross-functional business operation and drives authority, responsibility and accountability deep down within the organisation.
• As joint leader of a Business Leadership Team, you will have responsibility for working closely with the Steering Group team to ensure the development and delivery of a holistic Business Plan.

People Development
• Delivery & Ownership of Personal Development Plan
• Leadership development – function & team
• Talent Pipeline – subordinate development


Bachelor’s Degree

Open. The candidate should have an international mindset.

Previous Experience
• Significant experience in National Account Management within a branded organisation
• Experience of working within a progressive commercial environment. Ideally worked within blue-chip FMCG, or retail companies.
• Track record of success and delivery of results within a fast paced, dynamic business.
• Ability to influence and network widely across a sizeable organisation, working effectively with multi-functional teams.
• Evidence of well honed strategic skills with real commercial edge.
